 From the beginning, I always have more questions than answers.  My curiosity & relentless energy, puts me far ahead of most just by being myself.  When in doubt, work harder / longer / smarter.  My main discovery with this attitude was finding others with the same core values.  After decades in the commercial horticulture & agri-business industries, I decided to alter my professional direction and put all my energy towards cannabis product operations.   My cannabis career began 30 years before I was awarded my first license, I'm Lucky!   My education is built around horticulture education and my work experience has a foundation of generational business ownership.  I learned early in my landscaping & tree farm beginnings that I had a gift for growing plants and a passion for hard work.   Gathering collaborators and being productive members of a collective gives the positive momentum needed to succeed in cannabis as a whole.   Having a good attitude is my #1 asset and My nature is to never be happy with the current way of operating, I call it " Creative Discontent ".  There is a better way and who will find it next?
